We train our service staff based on the “HINO Technicians Qualifications Program”. We continuously endeavor to enhance the quality of our services so that our customers are able to operate their HINO vehicles with confidence.

Service Intervals

Service A – Every 7,500km

  • Replace engine oil Replace engine oil filter
  • Inspect, clean and correct or replace air intake and exhaust systems
  • Check radiator cap function and replace if necessary Check and top-up radiator coolant
  • Check radiator hose for cracks and tightness. Adjust or replace if necessary
  • Check tie-rods, ball joints and dust boots for damage and replace if necessary
  • Check and adjust steering system for looseness and damage
  • Check and lubricate steering shaft splines and universal joints
  • Check and top-up power steering fluid if necessary
  • Inspect, clean power steering strainer and filter element. Replace if necessary
  • Check power steering parts for tightness and adjust if necessary
  • Check and tighten propeller shaft centre bearing support
  • Check rear axle oil and top up if necessary
  • Check and adjust air dryer function
  • Check brake hoses, pipes and tubes for leakage, damage and loose connection. Rectify if necessary
  • Inspect, clean or replace air filter
  • Check vehicle for damages, deformation and cracks. Correct or replace if necessary

Service B – Every 22,500km

  • Replace engine oil Replace engine oil filter
  • Inspect, clean and correct or replace air intake and exhaust systems
  • Check radiator cap function and replace if necessary Check and top-up radiator coolant
  • Check radiator hose for cracks and tightness. Adjust or replace if necessary
  • Check tie-rods, ball joints and dust boots for damage and replace if necessary
  • Check and adjust steering system for looseness and damage
  • Check and lubricate steering shaft splines and universal joints

Service C – Every 60,000Kms

  • Replace engine oil
  • Replace engine oil filter
  • Check and adjust valve clearance
  • Check radiator cap function and replace if necessary
  • Check and top-up radiator coolant
  • Check radiator hose for cracks and tightness and adjust or replace if necessary
  • Replace fuel filter
  • Check tie-rods, ball joints and dust boots for damage and replace if necessary
  • Inspect, clean or replace fuel feed pump strainer
  • Inspect, clean or replace air intake and exhaust systems
  • Check and adjust muffler function
  • Replace transmission gear oil
  • Check and adjust transmission control linkage play
  • Check and adjust centre bearing and support
  • Inspect sliding spline seal, clean and correct or replace as necessary ‘
  • Replace rear axle oil
  • Inspect axle housing for cracks deformation and damage. Correct or replace if necessary
  • Inspect front axle parts for damage, wear and tightness. Correct or replace if necessary
  • Check wheel alignment and adjust if necessary
  • Check and adjust steering box and linkage mounting bolts
  • Replace power steering fluid
  • Inspect, clean power steering strainer and filter element. Replace if necessary
  • Inspect, clean and adjust brakes. Replace if necessary
  • Check and adjust air dryer function
  • Check and adjust parking brake. Replace if necessary
  • Inspect, clean and adjust wheel bearings. Replace if necessary
  • Check wiring, connectors and clips for tightness and damage
  • Inspect and clean cab air filter. Replace if necessary
